PZM is the most common diaphragm actuator for our globe type control valves, and it can be assembly Siemens smart positioner, ABB digital positioner, South Korea positioner etc.

For an actuator enquiry, provide the valve model, required stroke, minimum available air pressure, maximum differential pressure, and required failure action, together with the valve process data. Refer to the pneumatic globe control valve brochure for the valve assembly context; actuator action and the final valve failure position must be confirmed for the assembled configuration.

The multi-spring membrane pneumatic actuators of P/R type are applied for control operation
of control valves, and other positioning elements in industrial automatic systems. There are
three following design options of the actuator:

• Direct action (air – advances the steam)
• Reverse action (air – retracts the steam)
• Direct action, handwheel
• Reverse action, handwhee
