Description
The Sanitary Fire Safety Fusible Link Valve (3-Way) is engineered for critical applications where clean conditions and automatic fire safety response are essential. This 3-piece, full-bore ball valve is available in sizes from 1/2″ to 4″ (DN15–DN100), crafted from low ferrite 316L stainless steel to meet stringent hygienic standards.
Note: Fusible Link Temperature: 100℃ or customer required.
Featuring TFM™ seat options (cavity and non-cavity designs), this valve is suitable for pharmaceutical clean steam, compressed air, inert gases, acids, and pneumatic transport of powders. In case of high ambient temperature or fire, the integrated fusible link ensures automatic shutoff, helping prevent escalation of hazardous situations.
Typical applications include pharma facilities, cleanrooms, and fire-rated process lines requiring both hygienic design and passive fire protection.
