Description
The nitrogen sealing device for natural gas comprises three main parts: the model NGP pilot self-operated pressure regulating valve (referred to as the nitrogen supply valve), the model GBV self-operated regulating valve (the nitrogen release valve), and the breather valve. lf the tank’s pressure exceeds the set value, the nitrogen supply valve closes, and the nitrogen release valve opens (if there is no breather valve on the tank top, or if the breather valve fails to open) to release excess pressure. As the tank pressure drops, the nitrogen release valve closes, and the nitrogen supply valve opens to inject nitrogen into the tank. It’s best to keep the pressure in front of the nitrogen supply valve below 1.0 MPa.
