Description
What is DIN Lift Check Valve
The DIN lift check valve operates through the vertical movement of a disc or piston within the valve body. When fluid flows in the intended direction, the pressure of the fluid lifts the disc, allowing flow to pass through. If the flow reverses, the disc moves back down and seals against a seat, stopping the backflow.
DIN lift check valves are commonly used in various industries, including water, wastewater, oil and gas, and chemical processing. These valves come in a range of sizes, materials, and pressure ratings, as specified by the DIN standards. The DIN standards ensure that the components are compatible, interchangeable, and meet the required performance criteria for their intended applications.
