Description

Pneumatic boiler blowdown control valve is a kind of anti-cavitation multi-stage pressure reduction valve. The specially designed trim of the pneumatic boiler blowdown control valve enables fluid pressure reduction stage by stage, so that fluid velocity is controlled and cavitation damage is avoided. The throttling part is separable from the sealing face to effectively protect the sealing face. The Pneumatic boiler blowdown control valve trim surface is subjected to hardening treatment, reaching a hardness of about HRC70. Pneumatic boiler blowdown control valve is featured by good erosion resistance and long service life. A large notch is opened on the plug surface so that the plug will not be blocked if the fluids contain granules. The Pneumatic boiler blowdown control valve is an ideal solution to the intermittent elimination of indissoluble sediments and impurities in boiler water in power plants.
